Sorbester Media, a new absorptive material developed by MAR Systems, an Ohio-based water technology company, removes hazardous metal contaminants such as mercury, selenium, and arsenic from wastewaters flowing out of refineries, chemical plants, coal mines, engine manufacturers and other industrial processes, down to single digit parts per trillion level.
During Cleantech Forum in San Francisco in March 2012, MAR Systems' President and CEO Anthony Lammers explained to us the advantages and implementation process of this material-based solution.
